Setting up scenarios to retrieve customer information.

Changing the randomly stored nickname of the customer to their KakaoTalk information.

Upon successful authentication, the customer's nickname will be updated to their KakaoTalk nickname, and additional information such as phone number and email will be stored in Chat Customer.

Here's the output example.

After the consultant sends an authentication request and the customer completes the authentication by pressing the authentication button, the following message will immediately be displayed: 'Personal information authentication is completed.'

  1. Set it up as shown in the image below. Creating the content for the authentication button.

  1. In the "Request Auth" record, click on Related > New.

  1. Set the button value. Make sure the Name includes the word "Verifying."

  1. After creating the authentication button, let's proceed to create the authentication completion message.
