Add to Chat Screen Component Records page

Adds chat-enabled chat screen components to the Record page.

  • [앱 시작 관리자(App Launcher)] > 서비스 콘솔 이름 입력 > 선택

  • Use the omnichannel window at the bottom to set the current status of the omnichannel of the user to chatable.

  • Access the messenger using the channel search ID and start chatting from the customer's point of view.

  • Verify that the chat is routed normally over the omnichannel.

  • Accept the chat and view the generated subtabs.

  • The chat screen component has not been added to the record page, so the chat cannot be checked.

  • > [Edit Page] > 'SC_chatScreen_Aura' component located in the right blank > [Save] > [Activation]

  • [APP DEFAULT] > [Assign as App Default]

  • Select Service Console > [Next] > [Next] > [Save]

  • Click Back to confirm the addition of chat screen components to the record page.
