Fetch public holidays

Update and manage public and alternative holiday information for South Korea.

Manage two years of information: the current year plus two additional years.

The management tasks include:

  1. Adding public holidays and substitute holidays to the organization.

  2. Deleting holidays that have passed (data older than two years).

Every night at 12 AM, I fetch holiday information and add only new holidays that are not already in the organization.

Holidays work based on the time zone of the user registered on the SimplyChat server. For Korean holidays, please make sure to set the user's personal time zone to KST.

To register a schedule

  1. Click on the 'Run Schedule' tab in the SimplyChat app.

  1. Clicking the 'Import holidays' button will schedule the import.

If the schedule registration is successful, the following message will be displayed.

If it's already registered, the error message will be displayed as follows.

  1. Click the gear icon in the top right corner and then click on 'Setup'.

  2. Enter and click 'remote site settings' in the Quick find box.

  1. Click on the 'New Remote Site' button, enter the following information, and then save. Remote Site Name : DataPortal
