Automatic shutdown time setting

Set the time point for automatic shutdown.

  • Setup > Custom Setting > Click Manage ​

  • Click Edit

  • Fill the Chat After_Time value > Click Save

  • Chat_After_Time is a time-based criterion. If you enter 1, all Chat Sessions that have been in progress for more than 1 hour will be terminated.
