Picklist Value Sets
Make the channel of the created messenger available globally within the Salesforce Org.
> [Setup] > Quick Find > [Picklist Value Sets] > [채널]
[New] > Enter channel name > [Save]
Click Edit Newly Added Values > Enter channel key in API name > Click Save
