Set the closed chat settings for each session

The chat content at the time is recorded for each session.

  • Setup > Quick Find > Custom Settings > SC_Setup > Manage > Edit

  • Setable value for End Chat Management Time

    • Immediately ( When clicked the end button, a closed chat is immediately created.)​

    • Daily​

    • Weekly ​

    • Monthly​

    • Quarterly​

    • Yearly

※ Except for Immediately, the chat sessions with the status value Chat End on the specified date are changed to closed chats. ​

※ If you select a value other than Immediately, you must set the End Chat Management Time.

For example, in the image above, if you select Daily, it will be executed at 8:00 AM the next day, based on the current date.

The default setting is Daily at 12 AM.
