Kakao Sync is Kakao's free and simple subscription service that helps you quickly sign up through Kakao's simple subscription window without complicated membership procedures.

Request Kakao Sync

  • Log in to Kakao Business. (https://business.kakao.com)

  • [my business] > [kakao sync] > [Registering a Contact] Click to register your contact.

    • This is a procedure for quick support in the event of an error in the Kakao Sync introduction service.

    • If you have a certified contact information registered, you can apply for Kakao Sync right away.

  • [Application for personal information items] > please check the sync request method. > [next]

    • Be aware of the selection because it cannot be changed after the initial selection.

    • [Independent mall not belonging to the hosting company]: When the site is being developed and operated by itself

    • [If you are using a hosting company] : If you are using a hosting company

    • If it is a demo, select Independent mall not belonging to the hosting company.

After completing Kakao Sync, please deliver the search ID of the Kakao Talk channel to Windmill Soft for registration as a Windmill Soft server.

If you don't register as a Windmill Soft server, you can't use SimplyChat.

Considerations when applying for kakao Sync

  • Kakao Sync application must be preceded by the connection of Biz apps and business channels.
