Create Service Console App

SimplyChat is available through the Service Console.

  • > [Setup] > Quick Find > [App Manager]

    • Click New Lighting App to create the Service Console app.

    • Edit an existing service console.

    • Set all settings, except your user profile, to the same screen below.
