Settings for specifying who to assign jobs to.

Creating a Queue

  • > [Setup] > Quick Find > [Queues] > [New]

  • Enter each items value > [Save]

Queue Items

Description

Label

The displayed name of the queue.

Enter 'SimplyChat'

Queue Name

Name of the queue.

Enter 'SimplyChat'

Routing Configuration

Select the routing configuration to connect to.

Select 'SimplyChat'

Supported Objects

Select the objects whose queues are supported.

Select 'Chat Session'

Queue Members

Select the users to be added to that queue.
