I'll set it up as shown in the image.
Creating a greeting with KakaoType set to Button.
I'll set up the sub-record as requested. After clicking on the Related tab on the screen of the created Enquiry Information, I'll click on New in AutoResponse.
Enter the button values displayed on the screen. (Repeat)
Hello. This is Windmill Soft :) will be displayed as text, so KakaoType should be set to Text. Since there are two greetings in this case, specifying the priority order is essential.
Next, setting up the greeting associated with the button.
Since it comes after the initial greeting, set the priority to 2.
Let's create a sub-record. Click on the Related tab in the Enquiry Information record, then select New in Auto Response.
Set the auto-response values for the button. (Repeat)
