Create Messanger and Channel Record

Link the customer information of the messenger with the customer information within the Salesforce Org and create a record for managing the messenger channel.

Messangers

Link account, contact, and lead to account information for each messenger.

• [App Launcher] > Enter 'Messangers' > [Messangers] > [(New]

• Fill in the fields to associate account or contact or lead with customer information for each messenger > Click Save

  • Please refer to the following for the fields to be connected.

    • KakaoTalk : Phone

Channels

Create a record for managing the channel for the messenger.

• [App Launcher] > Enter 'Channels' > [Channels] > [New]

• Enter information, such as the channel key that you receive when you create a messenger channel, and the Messengers record that you want to associate with that channel key > Click Save
