Business Hours

Set working hours for chatting between users and customers.

Business Hours

• > [Setup] > Quick Find > [Business Hours] > [New Business Hours]

• Enter the Business Hours Name in the form 'Channel Key_Business'.

• Active > Setting Time Zone > Enter business hours by day of the week > Save

  • If you save your business hours in a blank space, the day of the week is not considered a business day.

  • If you set your business hours 24 hours, they will be considered business hours throughout the day.

Lunch Time

• Enter and save the Business Hours Name in the form of 'Channel Key_Lunch' in the same way as business hours.

Considerations when setting office hours

• During business hours, users and customers can connect and chat.

• Users and customers are not connected outside of business hours, and pre-set guidance is sent to the customer.
