Permission Set
Grant the user access to the use of SimplyChat.
> [Setup] > Quick Find > [Permission Sets] > [Simply Chat]
[Manage Assignments] > [Add Assignment]
Select a user to grant access to SimplyChat > [Next] > Select an Expiration Option > [(Assign]
The Expiration option lets you set an expiration date for permissions.
