Adding Parameter Information to Web Link Auto-Response

You can now include parameter information in the web link auto-response URL.

1. Specify the Upper Step

• If necessary, enter the Upper Step where the auto-response will be triggered.

• When you want to automatically send a web link at the end of a chat, make sure to enter the End Chat Auto Response record in the Upper Step field.

2. Configure KakaoType

• Set KakaoType to Link.

• Select the Include Param option.

3. Enter the Message

• In the Message field, enter the URL of the webpage you want to send.
